1 Alif-Lâm-Mîm[6].
[6] Voici le commentaire d’Ibn Kathîr, le plus fameux exégète musulman, au sujet de ces lettres isolées appartenant à l’alphabet arabe et apparaissant au début de vingt-neuf des cent quatorze sourates du Coran : « Certains expliquent que ces lettres sont mentionnées au début de certains chapitres pour démontrer le caractère miraculeux du texte coranique que les hommes sont incapables d’imiter alors qu’il est composé de ces lettres dont ils font pourtant un usage quotidien. »
