Translation of the meanings Ayah: (53) Surah: An-Noor
۞ وَأَقۡسَمُواْ بِٱللَّهِ جَهۡدَ أَيۡمَٰنِهِمۡ لَئِنۡ أَمَرۡتَهُمۡ لَيَخۡرُجُنَّۖ قُل لَّا تُقۡسِمُواْۖ طَاعَةٞ مَّعۡرُوفَةٌۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ خَبِيرُۢ بِمَا تَعۡمَلُونَ
53 Ils jurent par Allah de toutes leurs forces que si tu leur en donnais l’ordre, ils partiraient au combat. Dis : « Cessez de jurer ! Chacun sait ce que vaut votre obéissance[938]. Allah est parfaitement informé de vos agissements. »
[938] Il est de notoriété publique que votre obéissance se limite à des paroles jamais suivies d’actes.
