Translation of the meanings Ayah: (20) Surah: An-Nisā’
وَإِنۡ أَرَدتُّمُ ٱسۡتِبۡدَالَ زَوۡجٖ مَّكَانَ زَوۡجٖ وَءَاتَيۡتُمۡ إِحۡدَىٰهُنَّ قِنطَارٗا فَلَا تَأۡخُذُواْ مِنۡهُ شَيۡـًٔاۚ أَتَأۡخُذُونَهُۥ بُهۡتَٰنٗا وَإِثۡمٗا مُّبِينٗا
20 Que celui qui souhaite répudier une femme pour en épouser une autre ne reprenne rien de la dot, aussi importante soit-elle, qu’il a accordée à la première. Oseriez-vous, en la reprenant, vous rendre coupable d’une injustice et d’un péché flagrant ?
