Ayah: 14

إِذۡ جَآءَتۡهُمُ ٱلرُّسُلُ مِنۢ بَيۡنِ أَيۡدِيهِمۡ وَمِنۡ خَلۡفِهِمۡ أَلَّا تَعۡبُدُوٓاْ إِلَّا ٱللَّهَۖ قَالُواْ لَوۡ شَآءَ رَبُّنَا لَأَنزَلَ مَلَٰٓئِكَةٗ فَإِنَّا بِمَآ أُرۡسِلۡتُم بِهِۦ كَٰفِرُونَ
14 Aux Messagers venus, les uns après les autres, leur ordonner de n’adorer qu’Allah, ils avaient répondu : « Si notre Seigneur l’avait voulu, Il aurait fait descendre des anges[1223]. Nous ne croyons pas en votre message. »
[1223] Comme Messagers, plutôt que des hommes comme nous.
