Ayah: 1

الٓرۚ تِلۡكَ ءَايَٰتُ ٱلۡكِتَٰبِ وَقُرۡءَانٖ مُّبِينٖ
Alif, Laam, Raa.[1] ɗeen ko aayeeje deftere e janngeteende ɓannginnde.
[1] Ɗe alkule taƴaaɗe e arwan'de cimooje ɗe njoopiiima won'de alkur'aana no roŋkina ɗum yani dikkaade sirkooɓe ɓe ɓe ndoŋki aarnaade ɗum wond'ude e pasintaagal maɓɓe waɗde alkur'aana ko ɗum wahyu ummade e alla.

Ayah: 2

رُّبَمَا يَوَدُّ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ لَوۡ كَانُواْ مُسۡلِمِينَ
Na waawi heeferɓe ɓen njeloyto sinno ɓe laatino juulɓe.
Arabic explanations of the Qur’an:

Ayah: 3

ذَرۡهُمۡ يَأۡكُلُواْ وَيَتَمَتَّعُواْ وَيُلۡهِهِمُ ٱلۡأَمَلُۖ فَسَوۡفَ يَعۡلَمُونَ
Accu ɓe, ɓe ñaama ɓe dakmitoo, yela soklina ɓe; arma ɓe nganndoya.

Ayah: 4

وَمَآ أَهۡلَكۡنَا مِن قَرۡيَةٍ إِلَّا وَلَهَا كِتَابٞ مَّعۡلُومٞ
Min kalkaani saare woo, si wanaa hara no woodani nde happu ganndaaɗo.

Ayah: 5

مَّا تَسۡبِقُ مِنۡ أُمَّةٍ أَجَلَهَا وَمَا يَسۡتَـٔۡخِرُونَ
Mofte woo adotaako lajal mun, ɓe neeɓnantaake kadi.

Ayah: 6

وَقَالُواْ يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِي نُزِّلَ عَلَيۡهِ ٱلذِّكۡرُ إِنَّكَ لَمَجۡنُونٞ
Ɓe mbi'i: "Ko aan yo mo deftere nden jippinaa e mun, an ko a peetuɗo.

Ayah: 7

لَّوۡمَا تَأۡتِينَا بِٱلۡمَلَٰٓئِكَةِ إِن كُنتَ مِنَ ٱلصَّٰدِقِينَ
Ko haɗno addanaa men maleyikaaji si a laatike gooŋɗuɗo?"

Ayah: 8

مَا نُنَزِّلُ ٱلۡمَلَٰٓئِكَةَ إِلَّا بِٱلۡحَقِّ وَمَا كَانُوٓاْ إِذٗا مُّنظَرِينَ
Min njippinirtaa maleykaaji si wonaa fii goonga; ɓe wonataa ontuma, neeɓnanteeɓe.

Ayah: 9

إِنَّا نَحۡنُ نَزَّلۡنَا ٱلذِّكۡرَ وَإِنَّا لَهُۥ لَحَٰفِظُونَ
Minen min njippinii deftere nden, minen kadi ko min reenooɓe nde.

Ayah: 10

وَلَقَدۡ أَرۡسَلۡنَا مِن قَبۡلِكَ فِي شِيَعِ ٱلۡأَوَّلِينَ
Gooŋɗii min nuliino ado maa, e leƴƴi adinooɓe.

Ayah: 11

وَمَا يَأۡتِيهِم مِّن رَّسُولٍ إِلَّا كَانُواْ بِهِۦ يَسۡتَهۡزِءُونَ
Nulaaɗo (woo) araani e maɓɓe si wonaa ɓe njalkitay mo.

Ayah: 12

كَذَٰلِكَ نَسۡلُكُهُۥ فِي قُلُوبِ ٱلۡمُجۡرِمِينَ
Ko wano nii min naadiri ɗum e ɓerɗe bonɓe ɓeen.

Ayah: 13

لَا يُؤۡمِنُونَ بِهِۦ وَقَدۡ خَلَتۡ سُنَّةُ ٱلۡأَوَّلِينَ
Ɓe ngooŋɗintaa nde, gooŋɗii sunna aramɓe ɓen yawtiino.

Ayah: 14

وَلَوۡ فَتَحۡنَا عَلَيۡهِم بَابٗا مِّنَ ٱلسَّمَآءِ فَظَلُّواْ فِيهِ يَعۡرُجُونَ
Hay si minn udditanno ɓe damal ka kammu, ɓe mbaɗtini hiɓe ƴawra heen.
Arabic explanations of the Qur’an:

Ayah: 15

لَقَالُوٓاْ إِنَّمَا سُكِّرَتۡ أَبۡصَٰرُنَا بَلۡ نَحۡنُ قَوۡمٞ مَّسۡحُورُونَ
ɓe mbi'ayno: "nganndee gite amen ɗeen kippa. Wurin ko min yimɓe wilaaɓe".
