Translation of the meanings Ayah: (133) Surah: Al-Baqarah
أَمۡ كُنتُمۡ شُهَدَآءَ إِذۡ حَضَرَ يَعۡقُوبَ ٱلۡمَوۡتُ إِذۡ قَالَ لِبَنِيهِ مَا تَعۡبُدُونَ مِنۢ بَعۡدِيۖ قَالُواْ نَعۡبُدُ إِلَٰهَكَ وَإِلَٰهَ ءَابَآئِكَ إِبۡرَٰهِـۧمَ وَإِسۡمَٰعِيلَ وَإِسۡحَٰقَ إِلَٰهٗا وَٰحِدٗا وَنَحۡنُ لَهُۥ مُسۡلِمُونَ
ნუთუ მოწმენი იყავით,* როცა სიკვდილი ეწვია ია'ყუბს? – როდესაც უთხრა თავის შვილებს – ვის ეთაყვანებით ჩემს შემდეგო? (მათ) მიუგეს: ჩვენ (მხოლოდ) შენს ღმერთს ვეთაყვანებით, – ღმერთს შენი მამა-პაპისა, იბრაჰიმის, ისმა’ილის და ისჰაყისა; – ღმერთს ერთადერთისა, და ჩვენ მისი მორჩილნი/მუსლიმნი ვართო.
*აიათი ჩამოევლინა იუდეველთა პასუხად, როდესაც ისინი მუჰამმედ შუამავალს ﷺ ეუბნებოდნენ: ნუთუ შენ არ იცი, ია’ყუბი რომ იუდეველი იყო და თავის შვილებსაც იგივე უანდერძაო.
