Ayah: 79

مَّآ أَصَابَكَ مِنۡ حَسَنَةٖ فَمِنَ ٱللَّهِۖ وَمَآ أَصَابَكَ مِن سَيِّئَةٖ فَمِن نَّفۡسِكَۚ وَأَرۡسَلۡنَٰكَ لِلنَّاسِ رَسُولٗاۚ وَكَفَىٰ بِٱللَّهِ شَهِيدٗا
Was dich an Gutem trifft, kommt von Allah, und was dich an Schlimmem trifft, kommt von dir selbst. Und Wir haben dich als einen Gesandten zu den Menschen entsandt. Und Allah genügt als Zeuge.
