Ayah: 82

أَفَلَمۡ يَسِيرُواْ فِي ٱلۡأَرۡضِ فَيَنظُرُواْ كَيۡفَ كَانَ عَٰقِبَةُ ٱلَّذِينَ مِن قَبۡلِهِمۡۚ كَانُوٓاْ أَكۡثَرَ مِنۡهُمۡ وَأَشَدَّ قُوَّةٗ وَءَاثَارٗا فِي ٱلۡأَرۡضِ فَمَآ أَغۡنَىٰ عَنۡهُم مَّا كَانُواْ يَكۡسِبُونَ
Sind sie denn nicht auf der Erde umhergereist, sodass sie schauen (konnten), wie das Ende derjenigen war, die vor ihnen waren? Sie waren zahlreicher als sie und hatten mehr Kraft und Einflüsse auf der Erde als sie. So nützte ihnen nicht, was sie erworben hatten.
