Ayah: 88

وَقَالَ مُوسَىٰ رَبَّنَآ إِنَّكَ ءَاتَيۡتَ فِرۡعَوۡنَ وَمَلَأَهُۥ زِينَةٗ وَأَمۡوَٰلٗا فِي ٱلۡحَيَوٰةِ ٱلدُّنۡيَا رَبَّنَا لِيُضِلُّواْ عَن سَبِيلِكَۖ رَبَّنَا ٱطۡمِسۡ عَلَىٰٓ أَمۡوَٰلِهِمۡ وَٱشۡدُدۡ عَلَىٰ قُلُوبِهِمۡ فَلَا يُؤۡمِنُواْ حَتَّىٰ يَرَوُاْ ٱلۡعَذَابَ ٱلۡأَلِيمَ
Ο Μωυσής είπε: «Κύριέ μας! Πράγματι, παραχώρησες στον Φαραώ και στους αρχηγούς του λαού του στολίδια και πλούτο στην εγκόσμια ζωή (αλλά δεν ήταν ευγνώμονες)! Κύριε μας! (Τα χρησιμοποίησαν) για να παραστρατήσουν (τους ανθρώπους) από το δρόμο Σου. Κύριε μας! Κατέστρεψε τα πλούτη τους και σκλήρυνε τις καρδιές τους, και έτσι να μην πιστέψουν μέχρι να δουν το οδυνηρό μαρτύριο.»
