Ayah: 21

وَإِن مِّن شَيۡءٍ إِلَّا عِندَنَا خَزَآئِنُهُۥ وَمَا نُنَزِّلُهُۥٓ إِلَّا بِقَدَرٖ مَّعۡلُومٖ
Δεν υπάρχει κανένα πράγμα που να μην κατέχουμε το θησαυροφυλάκιό του (δηλ. Εμείς που το δημιουργούμε και το κατέχουμε πλήρως και το στέλνουμε σ' όλα τα πλάσματα), και δεν το στέλνουμε παρά μόνο με καθορισμένο ποσό (που έχουμε ορίσει).
