Translation of the meanings Ayah: (16) Surah: Al-Isrā’
وَإِذَآ أَرَدۡنَآ أَن نُّهۡلِكَ قَرۡيَةً أَمَرۡنَا مُتۡرَفِيهَا فَفَسَقُواْ فِيهَا فَحَقَّ عَلَيۡهَا ٱلۡقَوۡلُ فَدَمَّرۡنَٰهَا تَدۡمِيرٗا
Όταν θέλαμε να καταστρέψουμε μία (άδικη και αχάριστη) κωμόπολη, διατάξαμε τους εύπορους (και τους ηγέτες) της (που τους ακολουθούσαν όλοι οι κάτοικοί της), (να υπακούουν τον Αλλάχ και να ακολουθούν τους Αγγελιαφόρους), αλλά εκείνοι παράκουσαν σ' αυτή (την κωμόπολη διαπράττοντας αμαρτίες και αδικία), οπότε έγινε αναπόφευκτος ο λόγος (για την τιμωρία) γι’ αυτήν (την κωμόπολη), και έτσι, την καταστρέψαμε εντελώς.
