Ayah: 80

يَٰبَنِيٓ إِسۡرَٰٓءِيلَ قَدۡ أَنجَيۡنَٰكُم مِّنۡ عَدُوِّكُمۡ وَوَٰعَدۡنَٰكُمۡ جَانِبَ ٱلطُّورِ ٱلۡأَيۡمَنَ وَنَزَّلۡنَا عَلَيۡكُمُ ٱلۡمَنَّ وَٱلسَّلۡوَىٰ
Ω, παιδιά του Ισραήλ! Σας σώσαμε από τον εχθρό σας, και ορίσαμε για σας μία καθορισμένη ώρα (για να έρθετε με τον Μωυσή) στη δεξιά πλευρά του όρους (και να αποκαλύψουμε στον Μωυσή την Τορά για σας). Και σας στείλαμε το μάννα (γλυκό ποτό σαν το μέλι) και τα Ασ-Σάλωα (πουλάκια που μοιάζουν με τα ορτύκια).
