Ayah: 2

مَّا يَفۡتَحِ ٱللَّهُ لِلنَّاسِ مِن رَّحۡمَةٖ فَلَا مُمۡسِكَ لَهَاۖ وَمَا يُمۡسِكۡ فَلَا مُرۡسِلَ لَهُۥ مِنۢ بَعۡدِهِۦۚ وَهُوَ ٱلۡعَزِيزُ ٱلۡحَكِيمُ
Ό,τι ανοίγει ο Αλλάχ από έλεος (πλούτη, καθοδήγηση ή ευτυχία) για τους ανθρώπους, κανείς δεν μπορεί να το εμποδίσει, και ό,τι συγκρατά, κανείς δεν μπορεί μετά απ' αυτό να το στείλει. Πράγματι, Αυτός είναι ο Αλ-‘Αζείζ (Παντοδύναμος, Ανίκητος), ο Αλ-Χακείμ (Πάνσοφος).
