Translation of the meanings Ayah: (18) Surah: Al-Mā’idah
وَقَالَتِ ٱلۡيَهُودُ وَٱلنَّصَٰرَىٰ نَحۡنُ أَبۡنَٰٓؤُاْ ٱللَّهِ وَأَحِبَّٰٓؤُهُۥۚ قُلۡ فَلِمَ يُعَذِّبُكُم بِذُنُوبِكُمۖ بَلۡ أَنتُم بَشَرٞ مِّمَّنۡ خَلَقَۚ يَغۡفِرُ لِمَن يَشَآءُ وَيُعَذِّبُ مَن يَشَآءُۚ وَلِلَّهِ مُلۡكُ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضِ وَمَا بَيۡنَهُمَاۖ وَإِلَيۡهِ ٱلۡمَصِيرُ
Οι Εβραίοι και οι Χριστιανοί λένε: «Είμαστε οι γιοι του Αλλάχ και οι αγαπημένοι Του.» Πες (ω, Μωχάμμαντ): «Τότε γιατί σας τιμωρεί για τις αμαρτίες σας; Στ’ αλήθεια, είστε μόνο άνθρωποι, απ' όσους δημιούργησε• συγχωρεί όποιον θέλει και τιμωρεί όποιον θέλει.» Και στον Αλλάχ ανήκει η Κυριαρχία των ουρανών και της Γης, και όλων όσων βρίσκονται ανάμεσά τους. Και σ' Αυτόν βρίσκεται ο τελικός προορισμός (των πάντων).
