Ayah: 5

مَا قَطَعۡتُم مِّن لِّينَةٍ أَوۡ تَرَكۡتُمُوهَا قَآئِمَةً عَلَىٰٓ أُصُولِهَا فَبِإِذۡنِ ٱللَّهِ وَلِيُخۡزِيَ ٱلۡفَٰسِقِينَ
Καμία χουρμαδιά (του εχθρού) δεν την κόψατε (ω, Μουσουλμάνοι), ούτε την αφήσατε να στέκεται στις ρίζες της, παρά μόνο με την Άδεια του Αλλάχ, (επειδή οι Εβραίοι έριχναν βέλη και πέτρες από πάνω από τα οχυρά τους, και οι χουρμαδιές τούς βοηθούσαν σ' αυτό), και για να ταπεινώσει (ο Αλλάχ) τους ανυπάκουους.
