Ayah: 40

قُلۡ أَرَءَيۡتَكُمۡ إِنۡ أَتَىٰكُمۡ عَذَابُ ٱللَّهِ أَوۡ أَتَتۡكُمُ ٱلسَّاعَةُ أَغَيۡرَ ٱللَّهِ تَدۡعُونَ إِن كُنتُمۡ صَٰدِقِينَ
Πες (ω, Μωχάμμαντ, στους ειδωλολάτρες): «Πείτε μου, εάν σας ερχόταν η τιμωρία του Αλλάχ ή σας ερχόταν η Ώρα (της Κρίσεως), θα επικαλούσασταν κανέναν άλλον εκτός από τον Αλλάχ (για να σας σώσει); Αν είστε ειλικρινείς (ότι οι ψεύτικοι θεοί σας μπορούν να σας ωφελήσουν ή να σας προστατέψουν από το κακό).»
