Ayah: 173

أَوۡ تَقُولُوٓاْ إِنَّمَآ أَشۡرَكَ ءَابَآؤُنَا مِن قَبۡلُ وَكُنَّا ذُرِّيَّةٗ مِّنۢ بَعۡدِهِمۡۖ أَفَتُهۡلِكُنَا بِمَا فَعَلَ ٱلۡمُبۡطِلُونَ
Ή να πείτε: «Στ’ αλήθεια, οι γονείς μας -πριν από μας- είναι εκείνοι που απέδιδαν (πρώτοι) εταίρους στον Αλλάχ στη λατρεία, ενώ εμείς ήμασταν οι απόγονοι -μετά απ' αυτούς- (και απλά τους ακολουθήσαμε από άγνοια). Θα μας καταστρέψεις, λοιπόν, για ό,τι έκαναν εκείνοι που κατέστησαν τις καλές πράξεις τους μάταιες (μέσω της απιστίας τους);»
