Ayah: 5

عَلِمَتۡ نَفۡسٞ مَّا قَدَّمَتۡ وَأَخَّرَتۡ
Τότε, κάθε ψυχή θα μάθει τι έχει κάνει (από καλές ή κακές πράξεις κατά τη διάρκεια της ζωής της), και τι έκανε να μείνει (μετά το θάνατό της ως κληρονομιά από καλές ή κακές πράξεις, τα αποτελέσματα των οποίων συνεχίσουν να ωφελούν ή να βλάπτουν τους άλλους ανθρώπους, π.χ. γνώση, ελεημοσύνη ή κάποια ανήθικη καινοτομία).
