Ασ-Σάρχ

Ayah: 1

أَلَمۡ نَشۡرَحۡ لَكَ صَدۡرَكَ
Μα δεν σου ανοίξαμε (ω Μωχάμμαντ) το στήθος (για την καθοδήγηση, την πίστη και τη σοφία);

Ayah: 2

وَوَضَعۡنَا عَنكَ وِزۡرَكَ
Και δεν σου αφαιρέσαμε το φορτίο σου,

ٱلَّذِيٓ أَنقَضَ ظَهۡرَكَ
Που βάραινε την πλάτη σου;

Ayah: 4

وَرَفَعۡنَا لَكَ ذِكۡرَكَ
Και δεν ανυψώσαμε το όνομα σου (το οποίο αναφέρεται σε κάθε Αδάν -κάλεσμα για την προσευχή-);

Ayah: 5

فَإِنَّ مَعَ ٱلۡعُسۡرِ يُسۡرًا
Πράγματι, μαζί με κάθε δυσκολία έρχεται ανακούφιση (γι’ αυτό μην αφήνεις τη βλάβη που λαμβάνεις από τους άπιστους να σε σταματήσει από το κάλεσμα προς τον Αλλάχ και τη θρησκεία Του).

إِنَّ مَعَ ٱلۡعُسۡرِ يُسۡرٗا
Πράγματι, μαζί με κάθε δυσκολία έρχεται ανακούφιση.

فَإِذَا فَرَغۡتَ فَٱنصَبۡ
Και όταν λοιπόν τελειώσεις (από τις καθημερινές ασχολίες σου), αφοσιώσου στη λατρεία (προς τον Αλλάχ) σθεναρά,

وَإِلَىٰ رَبِّكَ فَٱرۡغَب
Και στον Κύριό σου απεύθυνε όλες τις προθέσεις και τις ελπίδες σου!
