وَقَالُوْا لَوْلَا نُزِّلَ هٰذَا الْقُرْاٰنُ عَلٰی رَجُلٍ مِّنَ الْقَرْیَتَیْنِ عَظِیْمٍ ۟

૩૧) અને (કાફિરો) કહેવા લાગ્યા, આ કુરઆન તે બન્ને શહેરના લોકો માંથી કોઇ પ્રભુત્વ ધરાવતા વ્યક્તિ પર કેમ ઉતારવામાં ન આવ્યું ?
