Ayah: 13

وَيُسَبِّحُ ٱلرَّعۡدُ بِحَمۡدِهِۦ وَٱلۡمَلَٰٓئِكَةُ مِنۡ خِيفَتِهِۦ وَيُرۡسِلُ ٱلصَّوَٰعِقَ فَيُصِيبُ بِهَا مَن يَشَآءُ وَهُمۡ يُجَٰدِلُونَ فِي ٱللَّهِ وَهُوَ شَدِيدُ ٱلۡمِحَالِ

13 הרעם משבח אותו ומהללו, וכן המלאכים, בשל יראתם מפניו. הוא שולח את סופות הברקים, לפגוע במי שירצה, אולם הכופרים מתווכחים(עם הנביא מוחמד) על אללה אשר אין לו מתחרה בגבורתו.
