Translation of the meanings Ayah: (59) Surah: Al-Isrā’
وَمَا مَنَعَنَآ أَن نُّرۡسِلَ بِٱلۡأٓيَٰتِ إِلَّآ أَن كَذَّبَ بِهَا ٱلۡأَوَّلُونَۚ وَءَاتَيۡنَا ثَمُودَ ٱلنَّاقَةَ مُبۡصِرَةٗ فَظَلَمُواْ بِهَاۚ وَمَا نُرۡسِلُ بِٱلۡأٓيَٰتِ إِلَّا تَخۡوِيفٗا
59 שום דבר לא מנע מאתנו לשלוח אותות, מלבד התכחשו להם הדורות הקדומים. וכבר נתנו לבני שבט ת'מוד את הנאקה כאות ברור וגלוי לעין, אך הם קיפחו אותה, ואין אנו שולחים אותות אלא לשם אזהרה והפחדה.
