Translation of the meanings Ayah: (144) Surah: Al-Baqarah
قَدۡ نَرَىٰ تَقَلُّبَ وَجۡهِكَ فِي ٱلسَّمَآءِۖ فَلَنُوَلِّيَنَّكَ قِبۡلَةٗ تَرۡضَىٰهَاۚ فَوَلِّ وَجۡهَكَ شَطۡرَ ٱلۡمَسۡجِدِ ٱلۡحَرَامِۚ وَحَيۡثُ مَا كُنتُمۡ فَوَلُّواْ وُجُوهَكُمۡ شَطۡرَهُۥۗ وَإِنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ أُوتُواْ ٱلۡكِتَٰبَ لَيَعۡلَمُونَ أَنَّهُ ٱلۡحَقُّ مِن رَّبِّهِمۡۗ وَمَا ٱللَّهُ بِغَٰفِلٍ عَمَّا يَعۡمَلُونَ
144 אכן, אנו רואים את התהפכות פניך בשמים, והנה עתה ניתנה לך הקיבלה (כיוון התפילה) שתסופק בה. והפנה פניך (בתפילה) לעבר המסגד הקדוש (הכעבה), ובכל מקום שתהיו הפנו פניכם (בתפילה) לעברו. אלה אשר ניתן להם הספר (היהודים והנוצרים) יודעים שזה הצדק של ריבונם. ואין מוסחת דעתו של אללה מאשר יעשו.
