Translation of the meanings Ayah: (48) Surah: Ar-Rūm
ٱللَّهُ ٱلَّذِي يُرۡسِلُ ٱلرِّيَٰحَ فَتُثِيرُ سَحَابٗا فَيَبۡسُطُهُۥ فِي ٱلسَّمَآءِ كَيۡفَ يَشَآءُ وَيَجۡعَلُهُۥ كِسَفٗا فَتَرَى ٱلۡوَدۡقَ يَخۡرُجُ مِنۡ خِلَٰلِهِۦۖ فَإِذَآ أَصَابَ بِهِۦ مَن يَشَآءُ مِنۡ عِبَادِهِۦٓ إِذَا هُمۡ يَسۡتَبۡشِرُونَ
48 אללה הוא זה השולח את הרוחות להעלות את העננים שהוא מפיץ על-פני השמים כרצונו, והוא עושה אותם שכבות על גבי שכבות, ואפשר לראות אחר כך את טיפות הגשם יוצאות מתוכן. וכאשר הוא גורם לגשם לרדת על אדמתו של אחד מעבדיו, ואז הוא נהיה מאושר,
