Translation of the meanings Ayah: (153) Surah: An-Nisā’
يَسۡـَٔلُكَ أَهۡلُ ٱلۡكِتَٰبِ أَن تُنَزِّلَ عَلَيۡهِمۡ كِتَٰبٗا مِّنَ ٱلسَّمَآءِۚ فَقَدۡ سَأَلُواْ مُوسَىٰٓ أَكۡبَرَ مِن ذَٰلِكَ فَقَالُوٓاْ أَرِنَا ٱللَّهَ جَهۡرَةٗ فَأَخَذَتۡهُمُ ٱلصَّٰعِقَةُ بِظُلۡمِهِمۡۚ ثُمَّ ٱتَّخَذُواْ ٱلۡعِجۡلَ مِنۢ بَعۡدِ مَا جَآءَتۡهُمُ ٱلۡبَيِّنَٰتُ فَعَفَوۡنَا عَن ذَٰلِكَۚ وَءَاتَيۡنَا مُوسَىٰ سُلۡطَٰنٗا مُّبِينٗا
153 אנשי הספר דורשים ממך (מוחמד) כי תוריד אליהם ספר מן השמים. הם ביקשו ממשה דבר גדול מזה. הם אמרו למשה “הראה לנו את אללה בגלוי”. ואז פגע בהם הרעם על חטאם זה, ועל חטאם בעשיית העגל לאחר שניתנו להם ההוכחות הבהירות. וסלחנו להם על כך, ונתנו למשה שלטון מוחלט עליהם.
