Translation of the meanings Ayah: (148) Surah: Al-A‘rāf
وَٱتَّخَذَ قَوۡمُ مُوسَىٰ مِنۢ بَعۡدِهِۦ مِنۡ حُلِيِّهِمۡ عِجۡلٗا جَسَدٗا لَّهُۥ خُوَارٌۚ أَلَمۡ يَرَوۡاْ أَنَّهُۥ لَا يُكَلِّمُهُمۡ وَلَا يَهۡدِيهِمۡ سَبِيلًاۘ ٱتَّخَذُوهُ وَكَانُواْ ظَٰلِمِينَ
148 והכינו בני עמו של משה בהיעדרו מתכשיטיהם פסל של עגל, אשר בו חורים והשמיע רחש (בגלל האוויר שעבר דרכו). האם הם לא ראו שאינו מדבר אליהם ואינו מדריך אותם בשום שביל? בעשותם אותו קיפחו את עצמם.
