Translation of the meanings Ayah: (88) Surah: Al-A‘rāf
۞ قَالَ ٱلۡمَلَأُ ٱلَّذِينَ ٱسۡتَكۡبَرُواْ مِن قَوۡمِهِۦ لَنُخۡرِجَنَّكَ يَٰشُعَيۡبُ وَٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ مَعَكَ مِن قَرۡيَتِنَآ أَوۡ لَتَعُودُنَّ فِي مِلَّتِنَاۚ قَالَ أَوَلَوۡ كُنَّا كَٰرِهِينَ
88 אמרו אלה המתייהרים מנכבדי בני עמו, ״ אנו (מבטיחים ש) נוציא אותך שועייב! ואת אלה אשר האמינו אתך מעירנו, אלא אם תחזרו אל דתנו”. אמר (שועייב), “(הנחזור לדתכם) גם אם אנו שונאים אותה?
