Translation of the meanings Ayah: (39) Surah: Al-Hajj
اُذِنَ لِلَّذِیْنَ یُقٰتَلُوْنَ بِاَنَّهُمْ ظُلِمُوْا ؕ— وَاِنَّ اللّٰهَ عَلٰی نَصْرِهِمْ لَقَدِیْرُ ۟ۙ
उन लोगों को जिनसे युद्ध किया जाता है, अनुमति दे दी गई है, इसलिए कि उनपर अत्याचार किया गया। और निःसंदेह अल्लाह उनकी सहायता करने में निश्चय पूरी तरह सक्षम है।[27]
27. यह प्रथम आयत है जिसमें जिहाद की अनुमति दी गई है। और कारण यह बताया गया है कि मुसलमान शत्रु के अत्याचार से अपनी रक्षा करें। फिर आगे चलकर सूरतुल-बक़रह, आयत : 190 से 193 और 216 तथा 226 में युद्ध का आदेश दिया गया है। जो (बद्र) के युद्ध से कुछ पहले दिया गया है।
