सूरा अल्-क़मर

Ayah: 1

اِقْتَرَبَتِ السَّاعَةُ وَانْشَقَّ الْقَمَرُ ۟
क़ियामत बहुत निकट आ गई[1] और चाँद फट गया।
1. आप (सल्लल्लाहु अलैहि व सल्लम) से मक्का वासियों ने माँग की कि आप कोई चमत्कार दिखाएँ। अतः आपने चाँद को दो भाग होते उन्हें दिखा दिया। (बुख़ारी : 4867) आदरणीय अब्दुल्लाह बिन मस्ऊद कहते हैं कि रसूल (सल्लल्लाहु अलैहि व सल्लम) के युग में चाँद दो खंड हो गया : एक खंड पर्वत के ऊपर और दूसरा उसके नीचे। और आपने कहा : तुम सभी गवाह रहो। (सह़ीह़ बुख़ारी : 4864)
