Translation of the meanings Ayah: (31) Surah: Al-A‘rāf
یٰبَنِیْۤ اٰدَمَ خُذُوْا زِیْنَتَكُمْ عِنْدَ كُلِّ مَسْجِدٍ وَّكُلُوْا وَاشْرَبُوْا وَلَا تُسْرِفُوْا ؕۚ— اِنَّهٗ لَا یُحِبُّ الْمُسْرِفِیْنَ ۟۠
ऐ आदम की संतान! प्रत्येक नमाज़ के समय अपनी शोभा धारण[10] करो। तथा खाओ और पियो और हद से आगे न बढ़ो। निःसंदेह वह हद से आगे बढ़ने वालों से प्रेम नहीं करता।
10. क़ुरैश नग्न होकर काबा की परिक्रमा करते थे। इसी पर यह आयत उतरी।
