Ayah: 106

وَاٰخَرُوْنَ مُرْجَوْنَ لِاَمْرِ اللّٰهِ اِمَّا یُعَذِّبُهُمْ وَاِمَّا یَتُوْبُ عَلَیْهِمْ ؕ— وَاللّٰهُ عَلِیْمٌ حَكِیْمٌ ۟
और कुछ दूसरे लोग भी हैं, जिनका मामला अल्लाह का आदेश आने तक स्थगित[46] है। या तो वह उन्हें यातना दे और या फिर उनकी तौबा क़बूल करे। तथा अल्लाह सब कुछ जानने वाला, पूर्ण हिकमत वाला है।
46. अर्थात अपने विषय में अल्लाह के निर्णय की प्रतीक्षा कर रहे हैं। ये तीन व्यक्ति थे जिन्होंने आप सल्लल्लाहु अलैहि व सल्लम के तबूक से वापस आने पर यह कहा कि वे अपने आलस्य के कारण आपका साथ नहीं दे सके। आपने उनसे कहा कि अल्लाह के आदेश की प्रतीक्षा करो। और आगामी आयत 117 में उनके बारे में आदेश आ रहा है।
