الأمر باتباع الحكمة التي تضمّنها القرآن، والتحذير من الإعراض عنها.

الٓمٓ

Ǣlif, Lǣ-ǣm, Mī-īm الٓمٓ. Lettere simili sono già presenti all'inizio della Surat Al-Baqarah

• L'obbedienza ad Allāh conduce al successo in questa vita e nell'Aldilà.

• تحريم كل ما يصد عن الصراط المستقيم من قول أو فعل.

• Sul proibire tutto ciò che ostacola la Retta Via, parole o azioni.

• التكبر مانع من اتباع الحق.

• l'arroganza impedisce di seguire la verità.

• انفراد الله بالخلق، وتحدي الكفار أن تخلق آلهتهم شيئًا.

• Sul fatto che la Creazione spetti esclusivamente ad Allāh, e sfidare i miscredenti sul fatto che le loro divinità siano in grado di creare qualcosa.
