Ayah: 133

إِن يَشَأۡ يُذۡهِبۡكُمۡ أَيُّهَا ٱلنَّاسُ وَيَأۡتِ بِـَٔاخَرِينَۚ وَكَانَ ٱللَّهُ عَلَىٰ ذَٰلِكَ قَدِيرٗا

Se volesse, potrebbe distruggervi, o gente, e sostituirvi con altri che obbediscano ad Allāh e non Gli disobbediscano; e Allāh è Onnipotente.

• استحباب المصالحة بين الزوجين عند المنازعة، وتغليب المصلحة بالتنازل عن بعض الحقوق إدامة لعقد الزوجية.

È necessario scegliere la pacificazione tra i coniugi in discordia e rinunciare a parte dei propri diritti per favorire il proseguimento del matrimonio.

• أوجب الله تعالى العدل بين الزوجات خاصة في الأمور المادية التي هي في مقدور الأزواج، وتسامح الشرع حين يتعذر العدل في الأمور المعنوية، كالحب والميل القلبي.

Allāh l'Altissimo ha reso obbligatorio fare giustizia tra i due coniugi, soprattutto per quanto riguarda gli aspetti economici e ciò che il marito è in grado di sostenere. La Shari'ah perdona i casi in cui non ci si attiene precisamente alla legge per questioni personali, come i sentimenti.

• لا حرج على الزوجين في الفراق إذا تعذرت العِشْرة بينهما.

Non vi è rimprovero nel divorzio se l'unione tra i due coniugi non è più possibile.

• الوصية الجامعة للخلق جميعًا أولهم وآخرهم هي الأمر بتقوى الله تعالى بامتثال الأوامر واجتناب النواهي.

La raccomandazione che include tutti i buoni comportamenti è quella di temere Allāh l'Altissimo, seguendo i Suoi ordini e rispettando i Suoi divieti.
