Ayah: 5

وَقَالُواْ قُلُوبُنَا فِيٓ أَكِنَّةٖ مِّمَّا تَدۡعُونَآ إِلَيۡهِ وَفِيٓ ءَاذَانِنَا وَقۡرٞ وَمِنۢ بَيۡنِنَا وَبَيۡنِكَ حِجَابٞ فَٱعۡمَلۡ إِنَّنَا عَٰمِلُونَ

E dissero: "I nostri cuori sono coperti da un velo, non comprendiamo ciò a cui ci inviti, e le nostre orecchie sono sorde, non lo ascoltano; e tra noi e te vi è un divisorio, non ci giunge nulla di ciò che dici. Fai ciò che vuoi: in verità, noi faremo a modo nostro e non ti seguiremo".
