Ayah: 184

أَيَّامٗا مَّعۡدُودَٰتٖۚ فَمَن كَانَ مِنكُم مَّرِيضًا أَوۡ عَلَىٰ سَفَرٖ فَعِدَّةٞ مِّنۡ أَيَّامٍ أُخَرَۚ وَعَلَى ٱلَّذِينَ يُطِيقُونَهُۥ فِدۡيَةٞ طَعَامُ مِسۡكِينٖۖ فَمَن تَطَوَّعَ خَيۡرٗا فَهُوَ خَيۡرٞ لَّهُۥۚ وَأَن تَصُومُواْ خَيۡرٞ لَّكُمۡ إِن كُنتُمۡ تَعۡلَمُونَ
Si tratta di giorni stabiliti: chi tra voi è malato o in viaggio, digiuni in seguito per altrettanti giorni. E quelli che non possono devono pagare un giusto equivalente dando da mangiare a un povero. E chi più lo nutre, meglio è per lui; ma è meglio per voi il digiuno, se sapeste!
