Ayah: 130

فَٱصۡبِرۡ عَلَىٰ مَا يَقُولُونَ وَسَبِّحۡ بِحَمۡدِ رَبِّكَ قَبۡلَ طُلُوعِ ٱلشَّمۡسِ وَقَبۡلَ غُرُوبِهَاۖ وَمِنۡ ءَانَآيِٕ ٱلَّيۡلِ فَسَبِّحۡ وَأَطۡرَافَ ٱلنَّهَارِ لَعَلَّكَ تَرۡضَىٰ
Sopporta ciò che dicono e celebra le lodi del tuo Dio prima del sorgere del sole e prima del suo tramonto, e celebrale durante la notte e all’inizio e alla fine del giorno, così che tu possa essere soddisfatto.
