Translation of the meanings Ayah: (60) Surah: Al-Furqān

Ayah: 60

وَإِذَا قِيلَ لَهُمُ ٱسۡجُدُواْۤ لِلرَّحۡمَٰنِ قَالُواْ وَمَا ٱلرَّحۡمَٰنُ أَنَسۡجُدُ لِمَا تَأۡمُرُنَا وَزَادَهُمۡ نُفُورٗا۩
E se veniva detto loro: «prosternatevial Compassionevole!» ﴿اسْجُدُوا لِلرَّحْمَنِ﴾ Dicevano: «E chi è il Compassionevole? Dobbiamo prosternarci forse davanti a chi ci ordini?» Ciò aumentò la loro lontananza dalla fede. ۩
