Translation of the meanings Ayah: (143) Surah: Al-An‘ām
ثَمَٰنِيَةَ أَزۡوَٰجٖۖ مِّنَ ٱلضَّأۡنِ ٱثۡنَيۡنِ وَمِنَ ٱلۡمَعۡزِ ٱثۡنَيۡنِۗ قُلۡ ءَآلذَّكَرَيۡنِ حَرَّمَ أَمِ ٱلۡأُنثَيَيۡنِ أَمَّا ٱشۡتَمَلَتۡ عَلَيۡهِ أَرۡحَامُ ٱلۡأُنثَيَيۡنِۖ نَبِّـُٔونِي بِعِلۡمٍ إِن كُنتُمۡ صَٰدِقِينَ
Otto coppie animali: due degli ovini ﴿الضَّأْنِ﴾ E due dei caprini ﴿الْمَعْزِ﴾. Di’: «Lui ha vietato i due maschi o le due femmine? O ciò che contengono gli uteri delle due femmine? Chiaritemi con dati esatti, se siete veritieri”.
