Ayah: 42

وَلَقَدۡ أَرۡسَلۡنَآ إِلَىٰٓ أُمَمٖ مِّن قَبۡلِكَ فَأَخَذۡنَٰهُم بِٱلۡبَأۡسَآءِ وَٱلضَّرَّآءِ لَعَلَّهُمۡ يَتَضَرَّعُونَ
E inviammo (Messaggeri) ai popoli prima di te, e li colpimmo con la sventura e la sofferenza, perché fossero indotti a supplicare.
