Ayah: 3

وَلَقَدْ فَتَنَّا الَّذِیْنَ مِنْ قَبْلِهِمْ فَلَیَعْلَمَنَّ اللّٰهُ الَّذِیْنَ صَدَقُوْا وَلَیَعْلَمَنَّ الْكٰذِبِیْنَ ۟
ನಾವು ಅವರಿಗಿಂತ ಮುಂಚಿನವರನ್ನೂ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಗೊಳಪಡಿಸಿದ್ದೇವು. ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ ಅಲ್ಲಾಹನು ಸತ್ಯವಂತರು ಯಾರೆಂದು ಖಂಡಿತವಾಗಿಯು ಅರಿಯವನು ಮತ್ತು ಸುಳ್ಳುಗಾರರು ಯಾರೆಂಬುದನ್ನು ನಿಸ್ಸಂದೇಹವಾಗಿಯು ತಿಳಿಯಲಿದ್ದಾನೆ.
