Ayah: 11

وَلَقَدْ خَلَقْنٰكُمْ ثُمَّ صَوَّرْنٰكُمْ ثُمَّ قُلْنَا لِلْمَلٰٓىِٕكَةِ اسْجُدُوْا لِاٰدَمَ ۖۗ— فَسَجَدُوْۤا اِلَّاۤ اِبْلِیْسَ ؕ— لَمْ یَكُنْ مِّنَ السّٰجِدِیْنَ ۟
ಖಂಡಿತವಾಗಿಯು ನಾವು ನಿಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಸೃಷ್ಟಿಸಿದೆವು ಮತ್ತು ನಿಮಗೆ ರೂಪವನ್ನು ನೀಡಿದೆವು. ನಂತರ ನಾವು ಆದಮರಿಗೆ ಸಾಷ್ಟಾಂಗವೆರಗಿರಿ. ಎಂದು ದೇವಚರರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಹೇಳಿದೆವು. ಆಗ ಅವರು ಸಾಷ್ಟಾಂಗವೆರಗಿದರು,; ಇಬ್ಲೀಸನ ಹೊರತು. ಅವನು ಸಾಷ್ಟಾಂಗವೆರಗುವವರಲ್ಲಿ ಸೇರಲಿಲ್ಲ.
