Ayah: 18

قَالَتْ اِنِّیْۤ اَعُوْذُ بِالرَّحْمٰنِ مِنْكَ اِنْ كُنْتَ تَقِیًّا ۟
ಮರ್ಯಮ್ ಹೇಳಿದರು: “ನಾನು ನಿನ್ನ ಕೆಡುಕಿನಿಂದ ಪರಮ ದಯಾಮಯನಲ್ಲಿ (ಅಲ್ಲಾಹನಲ್ಲಿ) ಅಭಯಕೋರುತ್ತೇನೆ. ನೀನು ದೇವಭಯವುಳ್ಳವನಾದರೆ (ನನ್ನಿಂದ ದೂರವಾಗು).”[1]
[1] ಮನುಷ್ಯರೂಪದಲ್ಲಿ ಬಂದದ್ದು ಜಿಬ್ರೀಲ್ ಎಂದು ಮರ್ಯಮರಿಗೆ ತಿಳಿಯಲಿಲ್ಲ.
