Translation of the meanings Ayah: (188) Surah: Al-Baqarah
وَلَا تَاْكُلُوْۤا اَمْوَالَكُمْ بَیْنَكُمْ بِالْبَاطِلِ وَتُدْلُوْا بِهَاۤ اِلَی الْحُكَّامِ لِتَاْكُلُوْا فَرِیْقًا مِّنْ اَمْوَالِ النَّاسِ بِالْاِثْمِ وَاَنْتُمْ تَعْلَمُوْنَ ۟۠
ನೀವು ಒಬ್ಬರು ಇನ್ನೊಬ್ಬರ ಆಸ್ತಿಯನ್ನು ಅನ್ಯಾಯವಾಗಿ ತಿನ್ನಬೇಡಿ. ಜನರ ಆಸ್ತಿಯಿಂದ ಏನನ್ನಾದರೂ ಅನ್ಯಾಯವಾಗಿ ಕಬಳಿಸಲು ಆಡಳಿತಗಾರರಿಗೆ ಲಂಚ ತಲುಪಿಸುವುದನ್ನೂ ಮಾಡಬೇಡಿ. (ಅದು ಸರಿಯಲ್ಲವೆಂದು) ನೀವು ತಿಳಿದವರಾಗಿದ್ದೂ ಸಹ.[1]
[1] ಒಬ್ಬ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿ ಇನ್ನೊಬ್ಬನಿಗೆ ಮೋಸ ಮಾಡಿ ಅವನ ಆಸ್ತಿಯನ್ನು ಕಬಳಿಸುತ್ತಾನೆ. ಆದರೆ ಆಸ್ತಿ ಕಳಕೊಂಡವನಿಗೆ ಅವನ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಯಾವುದೇ ಸಾಕ್ಷ್ಯಾಧಾರಗಳಿರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಆ ಮೋಸಗಾರ ಈ ದೌರ್ಬಲ್ಯವನ್ನು ಸದುಪಯೋಗಪಡಿಸಿ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯದಲ್ಲಿ ತೀರ್ಪು ತನ್ನ ಪರ ಬರುವಂತೆ ನೋಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಾನೆ. ಹೀಗೆ ಇನ್ನೊಬ್ಬರಿಂದ ಆಸ್ತಿಯನ್ನು ಕಸಿದುಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದು ಪಾಪ ಮತ್ತು ಅನ್ಯಾಯವಾಗಿದೆ. ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯದ ತೀರ್ಪು ನಿಷಿದ್ಧವಾದುದನ್ನು ಧರ್ಮಸಮ್ಮತಗೊಳಿಸುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.
