Translation of the meanings
Ayah: (168) Surah: Al-A‘rāf
وَقَطَّعْنٰهُمْ فِی الْاَرْضِ اُمَمًا ۚ— مِنْهُمُ الصّٰلِحُوْنَ وَمِنْهُمْ دُوْنَ ذٰلِكَ ؗ— وَبَلَوْنٰهُمْ بِالْحَسَنٰتِ وَالسَّیِّاٰتِ لَعَلَّهُمْ یَرْجِعُوْنَ ۟
ನಾವು ಅವರನ್ನು ಭೂಮಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಹಲವು ಗುಂಪುಗಳನ್ನಾಗಿ ವಿಂಗಡಿಸಿದೆವು. ಅವರಲ್ಲಿ ನೀತಿವಂತರಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಅಲ್ಲದವರೂ ಇದ್ದಾರೆ. ನಾವು ಅವರನ್ನು ಒಳಿತು ಮತ್ತು ಕೆಡುಕುಗಳಿಂದ ಪರೀಕ್ಷಿಸಿದೆವು. ಅವರು (ವಿಧೇಯತೆಗೆ) ಮರಳುವುದಕ್ಕಾಗಿ.
