Translation of the meanings Ayah: (4) Surah: An-Noor
وَٱلَّذِينَ يَرۡمُونَ ٱلۡمُحۡصَنَٰتِ ثُمَّ لَمۡ يَأۡتُواْ بِأَرۡبَعَةِ شُهَدَآءَ فَٱجۡلِدُوهُمۡ ثَمَٰنِينَ جَلۡدَةٗ وَلَا تَقۡبَلُواْ لَهُمۡ شَهَٰدَةً أَبَدٗاۚ وَأُوْلَٰٓئِكَ هُمُ ٱلۡفَٰسِقُونَ
ហើយពួកដែលចោទប្រកាន់ស្ដ្រីដែលល្អបរិសុទ្ធ(ថាបាន ហ្ស៊ីណា) បន្ទាប់មកពួកគេមិនបាននាំមកនូវសាក្សីបុរសចំនួនបួន នាក់ទេនោះ ចូរពួកអ្នកពិន័យពួកគេចំនួនប៉ែតសិបរំពាត់ ហើយពួក អ្នកមិនត្រូវទទួលពួកគេ(ពួកចោទប្រកាន់គេ)ធ្វើជាសាក្សីជាដាច់ ខាត។ ហើយពួកទាំងនោះគឺជាពួកដែលល្មើសនឹងច្បាប់អល់ឡោះ។
