إِنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ سَوَآءٌ عَلَيۡهِمۡ ءَأَنذَرۡتَهُمۡ أَمۡ لَمۡ تُنذِرۡهُمۡ لَا يُؤۡمِنُونَ
ពិតប្រាកដណាស់ ពួកដែលគ្មានជំនឿនោះ ទោះបីជាអ្នក(ព្យាការីមូហាំម៉ាត់)ដាស់តឿនព្រមានពួកគេ ឬមិនដាស់តឿនព្រមានពួកគេក៏ដោយ ក៏ពួកគេនៅតែគ្មានជំនឿដដែល។
