Translation of the meanings Ayah: (227) Surah: Al-Baqarah
وَإِنۡ عَزَمُواْ ٱلطَّلَٰقَ فَإِنَّ ٱللَّهَ سَمِيعٌ عَلِيمٞ
Жана эгер (төрт ай өткөн соң) талак берүүнү (ажырашууну) каалашса, (ажыраша берет). Аллах – Угуучу, Билүүчү.[1]
[1] Төрт айга же андан көбүрөөк мөөнөткө ант ичкен адам, төрт ай мөөнөт бүткөн соң, ажырашууну кааласа, ажыраша алат. Ал эми, “жок талак бербейм” десе, бул сөзү өтпөйт жана Шарият казысы тарабынан аялды ажыраштырып коюлат. Эгер Шарият казысы жок болсо, жогорудагы аят өкүмү менен өз-өзүнөн талак түшөт.
