Translation of the meanings Ayah: (164) Surah: Al-A‘rāf
وَإِذۡ قَالَتۡ أُمَّةٞ مِّنۡهُمۡ لِمَ تَعِظُونَ قَوۡمًا ٱللَّهُ مُهۡلِكُهُمۡ أَوۡ مُعَذِّبُهُمۡ عَذَابٗا شَدِيدٗاۖ قَالُواْ مَعۡذِرَةً إِلَىٰ رَبِّكُمۡ وَلَعَلَّهُمۡ يَتَّقُونَ
164. Ir kai bendruomenė iš jų tarpo tarė: „Kodėl jūs pamokslaujate žmonėms, kuriuos Allahas ketina sunaikinti arba nubausti žiauria bausme?“ (Pamokslininkai) atsakė: „Tam, kad išlaisvintume nuo kaltės prieš jūsų Viešpatį (Allahą) ir galbūt jie bijos Allaho.“
