At-Takaathur

Ayah: 1

أَلۡهَىٰكُمُ ٱلتَّكَاثُرُ
1. Okunoonya okufuna ebingi, kubalabankanyizza (ne kubajja ku kugondera amateeka ga Katonda).

Ayah: 2

حَتَّىٰ زُرۡتُمُ ٱلۡمَقَابِرَ
2. Okutuusa lwe muyingira kabbuli.

كَلَّا سَوۡفَ تَعۡلَمُونَ
3. Nedda, kyaddaki mujja kumanya (mu kiseera ky'okufa)

ثُمَّ كَلَّا سَوۡفَ تَعۡلَمُونَ
4. Ate era oluvanyuma, kyaddaki mujja kumanya (nga muyingidde kabbuli)

كَلَّا لَوۡ تَعۡلَمُونَ عِلۡمَ ٱلۡيَقِينِ
5. Nedda, singa nga mubadde mumanyi mu bukakafu bw'okumanya (temwandirabankanyiziddwa na kukungaanya bingi)

Ayah: 6

لَتَرَوُنَّ ٱلۡجَحِيمَ
6. Mujja kulabira ddala omuliro “Jahiim”.

ثُمَّ لَتَرَوُنَّهَا عَيۡنَ ٱلۡيَقِينِ
7. Ate oluvanyuma omuliro ogwo mujja kugulaba mugutegeerere ddala.

ثُمَّ لَتُسۡـَٔلُنَّ يَوۡمَئِذٍ عَنِ ٱلنَّعِيمِ
8. Ate ddala oluvanyuma mugenda kubuuzibwa e byengera bye mwafuna ku nsi (mwabifuna mu makubo ki, era mwabisaasaanya mu makubo ki).
