هَٰذَا بَيَانٞ لِّلنَّاسِ وَهُدٗى وَمَوۡعِظَةٞ لِّلۡمُتَّقِينَ

(Al-Quran) ini ialah penerangan kepada seluruh umat manusia, dan petunjuk serta pengajaran bagi orang-orang yang (hendak) bertaqwa.
